We are looking for an Early Stage Collection Specialist to support our growing Credit and Collection Team. We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated and friendly and want to provide superior customer service.

We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated and friendly and want to provide superior customer service. Responsibilities include contacting customers whose invoices have recently become past due, arrange payment and help resolve any issues preventing payment from being made. The successful candidate will report to the Collections Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact customers that are less than 60 days past due via phone or email to determine when payment will be made
- Research and resolve issues causing non-payment
- Initiate appropriate follow-up calls and/or email
- Research purchase order and invoice discrepancies
- Apply credit memos, contacting customer for assistance as required
- Provide proof of deliveries
- Research payment discrepancies and reconcile accounts
- Update customer master information
- Perform other related duties and/or special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 + years call-center, collections or customer service experience
- Experience with Oracle preferred
- A great sense of humor and a team-oriented attitude is a must
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Heavy phone use and regular exposure to computers are a major part of this position
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

This position is primarily responsible for preparing routine financial statements which calculates our sales team's compensation plans and dealer rebates. This position reports to the Finance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare routine financial statements including:
- Interpretation and calculation of salesperson compensation plans (domestic and international). This is conducted manually from Excel, not from an automated system
- Dealer rebate calculation (domestic and international). This is conducted from Excel data as well
- Income statement preparation
- Light involvement in annual planning and budgeting
- Some project oriented work including ad hoc analysis, business case analysis and long term planning
- As time permits, evaluate the effectiveness of new programs by comparing results with original proposals
- Other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or 2 years working experience in a similar role required
- General ledger and reporting experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required
- Must have working knowledge of Excel including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with Oracle, Discoverer and MS Access preferred

Technical Documentation Specialist is primarily responsible for creating, updating and the ongoing content management of service manuals and other technical documentation required by the service organization. Technical documentation supports service centers, technicians and our own technical support staff for both existing and new products.

This position is primarily responsible for creating, updating and the ongoing content management of service manuals and other technical documentation required by the service organization. Technical documentation supports service centers, technicians and our own technical support staff for both existing and new products. This position reports to the Service Delivery Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather service documentation information from Agile, our OEM suppliers and other sources to produce service manuals and service bullets
- Write text and create illustrations related to the technical document being created
- Convert all service documentation files into proper format for use with service manuals
- Layout service manuals according to LOUD templates and styles
- Work with marketing for approval of service documentation
- Edit and regularly update existing service documentation as required
- Back-up files as needed and create final disks for printer and archiving
- Create high quality PDF's for website posting and distribution
- Assist in production of any other technical documentation as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two year Technical Degree and/or two years working experience in technical writing or technical support
- Comprehensive knowledge of electronic product manufacturing and service
- Experience in writing and following technical instructions such as electronic test procedures, repair, safety instructions and ESD instructions for service repair technicians
- Good working knowledge of what a service technician may need to know to repair products
- Experience with Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop as well as Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of PADS and AutoCad software
- Physical ability to sit for extended amount of times at a computer
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

This position will work directly with our Finance Department to troubleshoot Oracle application issues and provide recommendations for improvements to the Oracle Applications system and overall business processes utilized by Finance. This position will report to the Director of IT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the maintenance and on-going support of the Oracle Financial Modules
- Assist the Accounting and Finance teams with reporting and reconciliation requirements as necessary
- Responsible for working with business owners, developers and other application analysts to ensure timely execution of defined projects
- Lead in gathering business requirements from Finance and make recommendations for improved business processes utilizing Oracle Applications
- Responsible for defining development and project requirements
- Work with business owners to ensure proper internal controls and segregation of duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 5 + years working with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)

This position is primarily responsible for developing professional audio products for the Mackie and EAW brands. This role requires high level and detailed design of embedded digital systems. The Design Engineer will work with product design teams and will play an integral role in the product development process. This position will work under the directive and supervision of the Lead Engineer, Ditial Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High-speed (>100MHz) digital hardware design
- Mixed signal hardware design (analog/digital converters, etc)
- Embedded microprocessor programming and debug (8 and 32-bit, C & assembly)
- Assist with product definition, feasibility, cost-studies, manufacturing introduction support, validation testing, and ongoing sustaining engineering
- FPGA and CPLD design
- Analog circuit design
- Device driver development
- GUI development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE (4-year degree) or equivalent
- At least one year working experience as a design engineer

The best suited candidate will have the option of either working at our Woodinville, WA office or our Victoria, BC location. This position will report to the Director of Engineering.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Write product specifications fully and clearly at the beginning of each project
- Monitor the progress of projects throughout their development and ensure that they either meet the intended specification or the specification is amended as needed to reflect changes
- Negotiate between different groups to come up with the best possible design given constraints of cost and time
- Maintain close working relationships between brand management and engineering
- Multi-task many projects to align with corporate priorities
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 5 plus years working in the Musical Instrument and Professional Audio industries
