We are seeking high-energy individuals to negotiate, negotiate, negotiate! We need you to develop and maintain: vendor relations, pricing, product mixes and forecast matrixes for all pro audio and proprietary products. This position requires our team member to understand our competition and effectively position MI products.
The successful candidate will be self-starting, motivated and have beyond excellent communication skills. This position will report to the Distribution Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiate the best deals possible with vendors!
- Select product mix to be carried from each vendor
- Work with Distribution Manager for developing special buys for promotional/ marketing purposes
- Coordinate product training for sales staff
- Work with buyer to establish stock levels and re-order points
- Assist in the development and improvement of departmental systems and processes
- Provide reports of overstock and obsolete products to create blowout specials
- Attend tradeshows and travel to meet vendors and customers

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years experience as a buyer and/or general manager, preferably in a manufacturing or dealer environment

This position will be responsible for maintaining all code relevant to the continuous operation of multiple websites from front and back-end directions. In addition to coding web pages and smaller web applications, the programmer is also responsible for ensuring promotional graphics for the web are of quality and consistency with brand identity as well as compliant. The successful candidate will report to the Creative Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and design web pages in code that are compliant with current web standards
- Build new pages and modify existing pages without dependence upon WYSIWYG or other GUI interfaces
- Adapt to various coding environments and correct outdated code to bring it to compliance
- Create graphics, new pages, etc, and export them in such a way that maximizes quality and minimizes file size
- Maintain database content for multiple brands consisting of product information and other data-driven content
- Manage requests for updates and changes to company intranet CMS and offer creative solutions to issues that arise
- Maintain corporate website with requested updates by various departments (for example, when HR has a job such as this to post)
- Research and present alternatives to current methodologies that can improve the overall process and effectiveness of websites

LOUD Technologies (formerly Mackie Designs, EAW, etc.) is searching for a Director of Eastern Acoustic Works (EAW) Sales, North America, to join our fabulous EAW brand team in Woodinville, WA. This position will be responsible for all North American sales operations functions for the EAW brand. We are seeking an experienced candidate to develop sales plans and revenue budgets for all North American territories based upon input submitted by the sales force.
The Director will be accountable for the management of revenue and profit targets for the business plan, supplying forecasts for quarterly sales and demand planning, and ensuring that supply is available to fulfill all orders. The sales force for EAW consists of independent sales representative firms. Setting goals and managing the commitment to our reps will be key to success in this position.
Application of EAW products in large sports and performing arts venues dictate that the candidate be able to successfully negotiate with contractors and end users in these and other similar venues. Total compensation will be very competitive and commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of EAW.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop sales plans and sales revenue budget for all North American territories
- Manage revenue and profit targets
- Interface with the Application Support Group manager to secure visibility of forthcoming large installation product requirements
- Document the sales process, including monthly sales plans, sales forecasts, weekly and monthly sales reports and sales call summaries

QUALIFICATIONS:

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and supporting all hardware and software components utilized by employees. This includes, but not limited to: desktop and laptop computers, network operating systems such as Microsoft Windows XP, business applications such as Microsoft Office, cell phones and Blackberry devices and our phone system.
In addition, this position assists with the planning, implementation and management of current and future hardware and software technologies relevant to company directives. The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support to the end user when appropriate. As our business grows, this role could become supervisory. This position reports to the Global Network Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day management and task prioritization to ensure timely resolution of Help Desk requests
- Provide technical support and resolution of issues that are escalated beyond help desk
- Coordinate moves, adds and changes relating to the network infrastructure including the following:
- Creating new user accounts and groups
- Managing and applying permissions
- Managing resource allocation in support of end-user quotas for email and network use
- Servicing day-to-day requests for changes via the Help Desk request system

QUALIFICATIONS:
