LOUD Technologies (formerly Mackie Designs, EAW, etc.) is looking for a Product Requirements Manager to support our growing Engineering Team. This position is primarily responsible for working with Product Managers and Engineers to turn product concepts into fully written engineering product specifications. Our products often involve hardware and software components that must be specified to work independently and as a system. The best suited candidate will have the option of either working at our Woodinville, WA office or our Victoria, BC location. This position will report to the Director of Engineering.
QUALIFITCATIONS:
- Write product specifications fully and clearly at the beginning of each project
- Monitor the progress of projects throughout their development and ensure that they either meet the intended specification or the specification is amended as needed to reflect changes
- Negotiate between different groups to come up with the best possible design given constraints of cost and time
- Maintain close working relationships between brand management and engineering
- Multi-task many projects to align with corporate priorities
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 5 plus years working in the Musical Instrument and Professional Audio industries
- The ability to travel between LOUD locations, to tradeshows and to customer sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
