Mackie Designs Announces New China Distribution Partnership

May 16, 2001 – Woodinville, WA – Mackie Designs Inc. (NASDAQ:MKIE) a world leader in the design and manufacture of professional audio equipment, announced today that it has partnered with Amoisonic Electronics Co. Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600057.SS), a leading manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics in China, to distribute Mackie-branded products in the Chinese market.
