Mackie Announces New UK Area Sales Manager

July 30, 2003– Woodinville, WA – Mackie Designs Inc. is pleased to announce that it has appointed a new member of staff to its Sound Reinforcement and Installed Sound division.

Dave Hartley joined the team as Northern Area Sales Manager earlier this year, to be based in the new UK office.

Hartley began his illustrious career back in the late 1970's working for Sound Advice Installations, pioneers at the time in the field of sound and lighting manufacture. He has also worked as a freelance engineer and installer for 10 years and more recently worked for BOSE UK.

Hartley says of his new position; "In an increasingly competitive market place, I feel confident that Mackie Designs Inc. will continue to be innovative whilst retaining customer focus."
