LOUD Technologies Inc. Bolsters Supply Chain Management Expertise

WOODINVILLE, WA – March 19, 2009 – LOUD Technologies Inc. (“LOUD”) today announced the appointment of Paul Yue as Director of Procurement and Kevin Mahony as Director of Operations, Asia -- both newly created positions.

“Kevin and Paul bring more than 30 cumulative years of supply chain strategy, management and quality control experience to LOUD,” commented Jim Stewart, LOUD’s chief operating officer.

Yue joins LOUD from Philips Healthcare where he most recently developed and managed a Chinese-based manufacturing joint venture relationship for the company’s medical imaging business. He will focus on optimizing LOUD’s material supply chains and developing strategies for key commodities.

With more than 15 years’ experience in pro audio manufacturing and supply chain strategy development, Mahony will oversee demand plan fulfillment and quality control across LOUD’s Asian suppliers. Prior to joining LOUD, Mahony served as Vice General Manager for Eminence and managed the company’s Dongguan manufacturing facility.

“The addition of Paul and Kevin to LOUD’s operations team will enable us to improve efficiency, stabilize output and increase quality control across LOUD’s manufacturing facilities, as well as refine the Company’s long-term supply chain management strategy to ensure future growth,” added Stewart.

Yue will be based in LOUD’s Woodinville, WA USA headquarters while Mahony will be based in LOUD’s Shenzen, China office; both will report to Jim Stewart.
